EKSPLORASI NEMATODA SISTA KENTANG (Globodera rostochiensis) PADA LAHAN TANAMAN KENTANG DI DESA SUMBER BRANTAS JAWA TIMUR

Kentang merupakan salah satu komoditas penting dan mendapat prioritas untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia karena potensi ekspor yang tinggi ke negara lain. Salah hambatan dalam peningkatan produksi tanaman kentang yaitu adanya serangan nematoda sista (NSK). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keberadaan NSK pada lahan Desa Sumber Brantas, Kecamatan Bumi Aji, Kota Batu, Provinsi Jawa Timur. dilakukan dengan cara survei pengambilan sampel tanah 2 pertanaman mengidentifikasi terdapat dalamnya. Proses identifikasi Laboratorium Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian, Surabaya. dilaksanakan bulan April hingga Mei 2022. Identifikasi melalui pendekatan morfologi karakter pola perineal/sidik pantat betina. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi telah ditemukan sebanyak 1528 berasal dari spesies Globodera rostochiensis.
